To determine size, measurement of foot from big toe to heel should be between .5" to 1" smaller than boot length

How long will it take for my order to go out?

Orders placed online are processed between the hours of 10AM-5PM Monday through Friday.  Orders placed before 12PM PST are typically shipped same-day, but in some cases may be shipped out the following day due to high order frequency.

Who is it shipped through?

All standard orders are send via FEDEX Ground (Commercial) and FEDEX Home Delivery (Residential).

Do you offer Express or Overnight shipping?

Yes.  When checking out, select any of our Express options provided by FEDEX.  If there are any special requests for your express order, please email sales@shopbushido.com

How can I get Free Shipping?

We currently do not offer free shipping.

The shipping quote seems high, is that normal?

Our site using an application that determines the cost of shipping based on weight and dimensions.  Sometimes there may be an over estimation.  If you think your shipping is overestimated, send us an email at sales@shopbushido.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

Once it's shipped, when will I receive my order?

If FEDEX Ground or Home Delivery is requested, the time it takes for your order to arrive will vary based on your distance from our fulfillment warehouse in Southern California.  Most West Coast residents will receive their order within 2-3 business days.  (Note: Weather, natural disasters and higher carrier volume may delay standard shipping timelines) 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with tracking info.

I've received my order, but an item is incorrect.  What do I do?

Oops!  The first step will be to determine if the error was on your order or on our end.  To request a return, visit www.returns.shopbushido.com.  If this is a mistake, email sales@shopbushido.com so one of our associates can assist in getting you the correct item.
